Student Code of Conduct Overview

The Bradley University Student Code of Conduct sets guidelines for appropriate behavior and consequences for violations. The Office of Student Conduct seeks to educate students in order to promote appropriate conduct and improve students’ decision-making abilities.

Bradley University is a community where students have the freedom to pursue knowledge, to live with respect and integrity, and to express themselves fully.

The Office of Student Conduct proactively encourages students on how to meet those expectations and create a better community for everyone. Our Student Conduct Code is intended to foster an environment conducive to learning and inquiry. Freedom of thought and expression is essential to the University’s academic mission. The Student Conduct Code should not be construed to limit the free and open exchange of ideas and viewpoints, even if that exchange proves to be offensive, distasteful, disturbing or denigrating to some.
