Organizational Communication

The Organizational Communication minor offers essential skills in organizing work, conflict resolution, preventing organizational accidents, consulting, effective team communication, health communication, and understanding how to study organizational cultures. You can pair your OC minor with any major or minor, with most common pairings being Management & Leadership, Marketing, Sports Communication, Advertising & PR, Psychology, Sociology, Journalism, and Political Science.

Organizational Communication is an ideal minor if you’d like to pursue a career in leadership, law, public administration, health communication, non-profit, fundraising, public relations.

Organizational Communication minors must complete at least 12 unique hours of approved minor coursework. These 12 hours cannot be used to satisfy any other major or minor requirements.
