Summer and Fall Transfer Student Orientation

Once you accept your admission offer, the process of orientation begins for you.

  • April 10th is the first day new-to-Bradley transfer students can take advantage of priority registration if all pre-registration holds are removed and any prerequisite overrides are satisfied. This means you will be able to register for classes earlier than nearly all of our current students. Please pay attention to emails from the Orientation office, Transfer Admission and your academic advisor so that you can take advantage of priority registration! Contact the orientation with questions at orientation@fsmail.bradley.edu.
  • You are encouraged to attend our on-campus orientation program, tentatively scheduled on for August 25th from 12-3pm where you will get detailed information on campus services/resources, can obtain your Bradley ID card and meet other new-to-Bradley students. We will send an invitation for orientation later in the spring semester.
  • To register for Orientation, you will be sent an email that will contain a registration link where you can sign up.
  • While there is no additional program for parents or family members, they are more than welcome to attend Orientation with you. Each parent or guest will be charged $10 for the lunch being served during the on-campus program in January. Payment can be made by contacting the orientation office at (309) 677-2420 or can be made that day. For a faster check-in, cash or check is preferred but credit or debit cards will also be accepted.

Please let us know if you have any questions. In the meantime, make sure you have your final transcripts scheduled to be sent (if not already received) and that you are making the necessary tuition arrangements with Student Financial Services.

Attendance at Orientation programming is only available to new transfer students who have made their enrollment deposit. There is no fee for students to attend or participate in any Orientation programming.
