With the establishment of the Springer Center for Internships in 2008, Bradley University and the Smith Career Center rededicated their commitment to providing students with opportunities for career-related work experience. The Springer Center for Internships provides resources to help students secure meaningful internships, co-operative education and part-time jobs.

Outstanding Intern of the Year Award
Each year, up to five students are selected to receive the Outstanding Intern of the Year Award.
