Our dedicated Maintenance Team is available Monday through Friday during office hours to assist our residents with work orders and other needs. Please call the office at 309-677-2100 to submit a work order. In general, work orders can take 1-3 business days to complete, though during busier times of the year (like move-out and move-in weeks) the response time can be a bit longer. However, our staff does a great job of communicating with our residents if there is a delay and what the outcome of their work order is.
Our office and maintenance staff also assists our residents after-hours and on the weekends when our office is closed or outside of our general office hours. This is specifically for emergencies and immediate issues that need attention. For example, no heat during the winter, AC issues during the summer, water leak, or no hot water, just to name a few.
IF YOU HAVE AN ISSUE THAT REQUIRES IMMEDIATE ATTENTION – PLEASE CALL OUR OFFICE DURING OFFICE HOURS OR OUR AFTER-HOURS PHONE:
Office Phone: 309-677-2100 (Monday-Friday 8A-5P)
After Hours: 309-279-6858 (Weekends and when our office is closed and for EMERGENT WORK ORDERS ONLY)
General work orders can be submitted by completing the following form. You may also submit general work orders by calling us directly, sending us an email, or by stopping by our office.
We look forward to assisting you!
