Lease Forms
Most of the required documents for the 2025-2026 Lease Year are available below. To receive a complete lease packet, you are welcome to stop by our office or request one via email. All leasing documents are required to be submitted at the same time, along with the Administrative Fee.
- New Resident Information
A $250 non-refundable Administration Fee is due with the New Resident Information Form, Lease Agreement and Community Policies. Cashiers check, personal check, or money order accepted. No cash or credit cards accepted.

An extension of the Lease Agreement pertaining to our expectations of our tenant’s treatment towards the St. James Apartment property.
