Student Aide Qualifications
- Overall grade point average of 2.75 is needed to apply.
- Applicants must be an undergraduate student and should be enrolled as a full-time student (minimum of 12 credit hours).
- Successful completion of the Bradley University Human Resources ADP application. Any student looking to work any job on campus must complete this. You must also complete the required Orientation office Student Aide questionnaire, which contains unique essay questions. This will be embedded within the ADP application as a PDF link. Please cut and paste your questionnaire responses and send them to both orientation@fsmail.bradley.edu and to Colleen Splitter at csplitter@fsmail.bradley.edu.
You will be contacted shortly after your application is received about what happens next in the process.
Desired Student Aide Qualities
- Positive outlook, interest in helping others and representing Bradley as a student role model for all new first-year students and their guests.
- Intrinsically motivated students who can function independently and successfully problem-solve with fellow teammates.
- Balancing academic and personal responsibilities alongside Student Aides job duties during the Spring and ability to multi-task multiple and simultaneous duties throughout training and all summer sessions.
- Interest in improving large and small group communication and facilitation skills.
- Reliable, prompt, and respectful of and to sensitive/confidential information.
- Hard-working leaders that are interested in working collaboratively and respectfully alongside fellow teammates, faculty, and university staff and administrators.
