Welcome Week is a time for students to connect and reconnect with the Bradley family! The week is filled with opportunities to safely engage with students, faculty and staff. We are excited to have you at Bradley and can't wait to launch the new year with you.

Time Event Description
8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Freshmen Move In For more information visit: https://www.bradley.edu/sites/movein/
6:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. Floor Meetings Residential Students information will be posted in your hall in regards to your floor meeting location.
7:00 - 9:00 p.m. Bradley First Night, Olin Quad Head to Olin Quad for food, music and games for your first night at Bradley!

Sunday, August 24

Time Event Description
9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Upperclassmen Move In For more information visit: https://www.bradley.edu/sites/movein/
10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. Campus Life Ambassador (CLA) Session 1, Bradley Hall, Westlake and BECC Check with your RA and/or email for your meeting location. Your CLA group will remain the same for the entire Welcome Week.
11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Scout Bassett
12:00 - 2:00 p.m. Lunch and Welcome Bash, Alumni Quad After Scout Bassett, all new students will head out to the Alumni Quad for food, music and more.
3:00 - 4:00 p.m. CLA Session, Bradley, BECC Regroup with your CLA Group to get prepped for the upcoming evenings activities.
4:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. Taste of Bradley, Olin Quad One of Bradley's longest standing Traditions! Explore local restaurants, food trucks and more. Cash/Credit accepted
7:00 p.m. NPHC/MGC Ice Cream Social, GCC Lawn Head over to GCC lawn for an Ice Cream Social and a meet an greet with the members of the Multicultural Greek Council and NPHC.
9:00 p.m. Outdoor Movie by ACBU

Monday, August 25

Time Event Description
9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Graduate School Orientation for Foster College of Business and Caterpillar College of Engineering and Technology BECC 1150/1160
12:00 - 3:00 p.m. Mandatory Campus Safety Session w/CLA All incoming students must attend one of the Campus Safety Sessions. Your CLA will take you at your assigned time.
12:00 - 3:00 p.m. Markin Fest w/CLA Visit the local businesses and the student services of Bradley University in Markin Recreation Center.
12:00 - 3:00 p.m. IPad Pick Up At your assigned time your CLA group, will pick up your Bradley IPAD
Noon Welcome Week Service Project Looking to get some service hours under your belt? Come lend a helping hand.
3:15 - 4:00 p.m. CLA Session, Bradley, BECC
4:00 - 6:00 p.m. Block Party on Fredonia Head to the annual block party for free food, music and games.
7:00 - 8:00 p.m. MGC Info Session, Garrett Center Come hang out and learn about our growing Multicultural Greek Community!
9:00 p.m. - Midnight Late Night BU, Markin Center Check out one of Bradley Signature Programs, Late Night BU! Games, Crafts, Music and Food!

Tuesday, August 26

9:00 - 10:30 a.m. CLA Meeting, Bradley, BECC Your CLA will work to help you plan on how to navigate your Activities Fair and prep you for your Academic Receptions/Orientations.
10:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. Activities Fair, Olin Quad What are you going to get involved with this semester? With over 200 clubs find the opportunity that is right for you.
1:00 - 3:00 p.m. Academic Receptions & Orientation

Academic Exploration Program, Marty Theatre, Student Center

Slane Communications and Fine Arts, 126 Caterpillar Global Communications Center

Get ready to immerse yourself in your major. If you do not see your department listed, ask your CLA for more information.
3:30 - 4:00 p.m. FINAL CLA Meeting Get everyone together to make it to Convocation
4:00 - 4:45 p.m. Convocation The Formal Launch of your academic career. You will pick up your Bradley 1897 shirt as you exit for the Incoming Student Photo.
4:45 - 5:15 p.m. Incoming Student Photo All new Bradley Students (Incoming First Year, Transfer and Graduate Students) are invited to be a part of the Incoming Student Photo.
7:00 p.m. NPHC Info session, Garrett Center Interested in learning more about our historically African American Sororities? Head to Garrett Center to meet our NPHC Greeks!
8:00 - 10:00 p.m. ACBU Event

Time Event Description
5:00 - 7:00 p.m. Bradley Tailgate Head to Shea Stadium for the first match of the Season. The first 750 students get a Bradley MVC Soccer shirt. There will be pizza, games and more! Busses start at 4:45 in front of the Student Center
7:00 - 8:30 p.m. Bradley Soccer, Shea Stadium Bussing Begins at 4:30pm from Shea Stadium and runs continuously
