Assistant Resident Advisor
Thank you for your interest in being an Assistant Resident Advisor (ARA) at Bradley University. Our Residential Living and Student Conduct Department is now accepting Assistant Resident Advisor applications for Spring 2025.
New ARA staff members are required to attend a mandatory Staff Training which takes place January 16 - 20th, 2025. New staff members are also required to be available for move-in weekend in January.
Applications will be available on August 25, 2024.
Applications due by 4 pm on October 11, 2024.
This interview is only held on November 2 and lasts around 40 minutes. No missed interviews will be rescheduled. In October, the applicant will receive an email invitation to schedule an interview with one of our Hall Director Teams. The Structured Interview is held with two Hall Directors and the applicant.

Every ARA applicant must have a current or previous employer, college professor or high school teacher submit a completed reference form.
You will send the reference link HERE to the person completing the reference form for you. Their submission should be received by our department on or before October 11, 2024.
Each ARA applicant is expected to reach out via email or in person to their RA and ARA by October 11 to request they fill out an ARA Reference Form. Your staff member has the form to complete and the due date for this submission. In the email, we encourage you to include any questions you have about the position or ask for feedback that might help you through the process. This form is not the same as the employer reference form below.
