Bradley University offers three admission periods for first-year student fall applications. All application periods are Rolling Admission. Applications are reviewed as they are completed, and admission decisions are made throughout each admission period.
Best consideration for admission and scholarships is provided during the Early Action period. For students looking at programs in Nursing, Game Design and Animation, it is strongly encouraged that the application is completed during the Early Action application period.
Early Action benefits include full academic scholarship consideration and first opportunities to begin signing up for housing and orientation. Early Action at Bradley University is non-binding.
Bradley Offers Test-optional Application
Beginning with students applying for fall 2021 enrollment at Bradley University, undergraduate applicants will no longer be required to submit standardized test scores, ACT or SAT, for admission. This decision is a result of a year-long study spent evaluating the accuracy of standardized test scores in predicting success at Bradley.
Students may still submit their test scores if they choose to do so. This decision to move to a test-optional policy acknowledges the fact that test scores aren't the only way to predict academic success. Bradley will continue its current practice of holistic review, a process where admission decisions are made after a committee reviews the strength of a student’s high school record. This includes the student’s choice of coursework, achievement in college preparatory courses, grades, grade trends, writing ability, special talents, participation and success in co-curricular activities, and community involvement.
This policy went into effect starting July 1, 2020, when Bradley’s undergraduate application opened for the 2021-2022 academic year. As a result, this decision also immediately helps ease the stress of high school students impacted by COVID-19 during this time, many of whom have been unable to take the standardized tests previously scheduled for this spring.

New Business And Engineering Complex
Our new, $100 million Business and Engineering Convergence Center was dedicated in November of 2019 to support our highly acclaimed Business and Engineering programs. This state of the art complex is now fully operational and features 46 specialized labs and 30 collaboration and meeting spaces to support interdisciplinary, convergence coursework.
Students enjoy the BECC because of the well-rounded experience it provides. Our students are enjoying the BECC’s versatile space, letting them go from attending their class to studying in a collaboration room to joining friends at the coffee shop in the same building.
